I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for me and my children, though a bit noisy being close to the elevators and adjacent to the electrical room. The service was friendly and accommodating, even when I had an issue with my Gift card at check-in. The location was convenient for exploring New Orleans, with easy access and a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee, though disrupted by the hotel's proximity to the housekeeping closet.
